The design of PLTB development needs to pay attention to the potential of wind in the area, in designing PLTB for campus garden lighting lamps, the Institut Teknologi-PLN requires accurate calculations to be able to determine the optimal PLTB system. Factors calculated in the design are the potential power that can be generated, the number of loads per day and the number of wind turbines.
