This Research was conducted to know how large the index OF SAIDI values before and AFTER SCADA was given a remote control facility. Long extinguished WHEN SCADA has not facilitated the remote control about 40-50 minutes each month BUT IN the year 2019 SCADA has been given a long remote control facility in the customer experienced every month less than 5 minutes. Method used to do this research is a qualitative method and quantitative method, in which qualitative method is obtained from the results of interviews conducted by researchers with the past speakers for quantitative methods researchers use the calculation of the value index SAIDI that has the results before SCADA facilitated remote control of 23.739 hours/year by providing a remote control facility on the reset of the value Index Saidi amounted 3.3798 hours. From the analysis done proves that once given the remote control facility on SCADA reliability of the distribution network system has increased by 85%.} }
