This increase in vibration can cause disruption of operation and decrease the performance of the Sodium Hypochlorite Injection Pump to supply chlorine solutions to the water intake system. The vibration data collection that was carried out after repairing the foundation showed that the vibration occurred at an unsafe limit, namely at 4.08 mm/s and continued to increase to 7.96 mm/s. The vibrations that occur indicate a misalignment and cause damage to other components. Therefore, recommendations emerged in the form of examining the unit components, and found damage to the motor bearings and motor bushings which were worn due to the effects of misalignment. The repairs were made in the form of replacing the motor bearings (Bearing NDE and bearing DE), repairs in the form of re-bushing on the motor, as well as carrying out alignment to realign the motor shaft and pump. The highest vibration occurred in Horizontal Inboard Motor at 7.96 mm/s, and after repair and replacement of components, the vibration value decreased to 2.13 mm/s. so that the decrease in vibration that occurs after repairs to the motor components is 5.83 mm/s or 73.24%.} }
