		abstract={Technological development is in line with the times, where people now always want things to be done automatically or remotely. Now the development of smarthome with remote control becomes one of the main focuses in technological development where the control is done remotely and in real time and is expected for the current generation to be able to implement some parts of technology that are quite simple in their environment. In the selection of methods for conducting research there are several analytical techniques used to determine systems, devices and also how they are applied. Therefore Telegram bot was chosen as the interface between the device and the user where the ESP8266 Module board was the control center and the programming was using the Ardiono IDE. All of these things still need to be studied first with the support of various journal articles as a reference in research. After the research process is carried out, the results will be obtained in the form of as smarthome system programmed to be remotely controlled. Control is carried out with the help of the internet as the connecting medium and also the Telegram bot as the medium for inputting commands given remotely as long as there is still an internet connection between the receiving device and the sender.}
