Testana Indoteknika, the soil in Trans Studio Cibubur Project is a type of organic clay soil which has the properties of low carrying capacity, high water content, low shear strength, large shrinkage properties, cohesiveness, high compressibility and very large deformation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the properties of the soil to avoid structural failure due to the collapse of the foundation ground and result in damage to the upper structure. To improve the properties of this soil used chemical stabilization with lime or gypsum with variations of 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% respectively with curing time of 7 and 14 days. From the variation of the mixture of lime or gypsum, the optimum percentage value for the addition of lime is 20% with a curing time of 14 days, while the gypsum is at the addition of 25% with curing time of 14 days. Among these two of materials, gypsum 25% with curing time 14 days gave the best result with a water content of 34,5166%, Gs = 2,5866, LL = 54,1585%, PL= 43,1634%, IP= 10,9951%, SL= 26,9517%, increasing friction angle to 48?8?25,4? "from 15?52'51.79" with cohesion value C=0,1214 kg/cm2. From the results of this research the use of lime can be the best alternative material for stabilizing clay soil in the Trans Studio Cibubur Project.} }
