As a power plant that operates continuously at varying coal qualities, it requires proper energy management in its operation. PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara has several coal supply companies that have different qualities. To get good quality coal, coal blending is carried out. Calorie Value is one of the parameters in determining the quality of coal, if the value of a coal is high then it has good quality. In this final project, the calculation and analysis of the calorific value of coal before and after mixing is carried out. Based on the research that has been done, the highest calorific value of coal before mixing is KPC-G coal of 5,665 kcal / kg. Meanwhile, the highest calorific value of coal after mixing is in the mixing of KPC-E , KPC- G, and KPC-H coal of 5,574 kcal / kg. From the results of these calculations, the calorific value of coal is included in the coal standard used in PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara.} }
