The crisis happened because the fossil is limited, expensive, and unfriendly environment. The method used a quantitive method because it used calculations. While east Timor?s electric system is supplied by some generators, one of the largest power plant used there is Leasing Marine Vessel Power Plant (LMVPP) with 60 MW which is operated with the oil fuel. When the time peak load in Timor system (WBP) needs the additional generator which is sourced expensive cost which is generally from Diesel Plant (PLTD). The quality of the electrical energy supply system will increase as if it has integrated an ESS. The Energy Storage System (ESS) can fill the power requirement at peak load time (WBP). In this research the power of Energy Storage System (ESS) used by 10 MW on Peak Load Time (WBP) for 5 hours. The production cost for Energy Storage System (ESS) is Rp. 2.638,71/kWh, while the cost for PLTD is Rp. 3.498/kWh, that means there is difference cost using Energy Storage System (ESS) is 859,29/kWh. As in the Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) replaced with the Energy Storage System (ESS) then PLN saving potency can obtaine amount R0 20.520.000.000 each year.} }
