This research discusses the performance evaluation of the unit 1 geothermal power plant with a capacity of 110 MW PLTP Star Energy Geothermal Wayang Windu in the 2018-2019 time period. In a number of months in 2018- 2019, generator unit 1 experienced a disturbance which affected the power plant performance index value in 2018- 2019. This study uses a quantitative method using four indicators of generator performance index based on DKP-IKP 2007: 1 regarding the Fixed Procedure for Declaration of Conditions Generators and Power Plant Performance Index of PT. PLN (Persero). The indicators used are Equivalent Available Factor (EAF), Scheduled Outage Factor (SOF), Equivalent Force Outage Rate (EFOR) and Nett Capacity Factor (NCF). After calculating, in 2018-2019 the results obtained were annual EAF values above 90%, annual NCF values above 90%, annual EFOR values below 1%, and annual SOF values below 1%, which means that they still meet the annual target set by the PLTP Wayang Windu Company in 2018-2019.} }
