PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya has a group of Premium customers who are provided a free blackout guarantee. This research aims to analyze changes in the reliability as the results of network reconfiguration from the spindle system to the loop distribution system in order to get a reliable electricity network without blackout for the Zero Down Time project pilot. The advantages of this research are to increase the interest of the community to apply Zero Down Time as an alternative way to implement continuous electricity distribution without blackouts. To find out the results of these configuration changes to the reliability and customer service. This research compares the results of the calculation of interference data on a 20kV distribution network with theoretical analysis calculations according to SPLN 59:1985 and IEEE 1366-2003 standard on a 20kV and 6 kV Distribution system. The results of this research after the implementation of Zero Down Time according to the actual data with the calculations results based on SPLN theory 59:1985 with an Upah feeder is SAIDI comparison value of 0,04019:0,0000412; SAIFI is 0,00626:0 and CAIDI is 6,42:0 and Hadiah feeder is SAIDI comparison value of 0,024:0; SAIFI 0,004:0 and CAIDI is 6:0. Premium customers which is reconfigured from spindle to loop is SAIDI,SAIFI and CAIDI value of decreased to 99,9% without blackout. Thus, Zero Down Time is the answer of the customers need for the reliable electricity network.} }
