		abstract={The increasing use of electricity, the process of channeling electrical energy to consumers is expected to run smoothly. In the process of channeling electrical energy, the level of reliability is an important part because the value of reliability will determine system performance. The reliability of this system can be obtained by determining a reliability index, namely using the Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) and the Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) based on the standard values of the ULP Bekasi KotaTarget and SPLN 59: 1985. From the disturbance data on each feeder, the highest SAIDI and SAIFI values were found at RAFLESIA Feeders of 0.269 hours / customer / year and for SAIFI values of 0.146 times / customer / year, and the highest CAIDI values were found at HERBRAS Feeders of 3.190 hours / time / year. Then for the SAIDI value obtained, which is 1,013 hours / customer / year and for the SAIFI value of 0.489 times / customer / year, then based on the value of the ULP Bekasi Kota target, the SAIDI and SAIFI values that have been obtained cannot meet the standards of the ULP Bekasi KotaTarget. , whereas based on SPLN 59: 1985 for SAIDI and SAIFI values from the data obtained by ULP Bekasi Kota, it can be said to be Reliable.}
