Which effects the primary current set on the ground fault relay. On April 22 2020, a disturbance occurred in AEON 1, AEON 2, ICE 1 and ICE 2 feeders located in the Zero Down Time area. This encourages the writer to do a calculation of the large capacitive value of the feeder and the relay work settings used on each feeder. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method with the calculation of the data obtained to assess the capacitive current and the value of the primary current regulation on the ground Fault Relay used. The capacitive current value obtained is 51,174A; 53,190A; 52.501A; 53,785A and 51,421A which are smaller than the setting of the ground Fault relay primary current that is 88.14A; 89.126A; 88,794; 89,417A; and 88.26A. The selectivity of the working time of the relay to the short circuit fault current and the effect of the capacitive current is also caunted to the calculation where the result of calculation is minus for relay working time value which indicates the capacitive current value does not affect the relay work. The results of the calculation of the Ground Fault Relay setting are also compared with the existing value and the percent of the relative error obtained is calculated from 10.17% to 11.77%.} }
