This Final Project was made with the aim of calculating the SAIFI, SAIDI and CAIDI reliability indexes on a 20 kV distribution system on PT feeders. PLN (Persero) ULP Manahan in 2018 by Using Graphical User Interface (GUI) in the MATLAB R2020a Application. GUI stands for Graphical User Interface, a display application from MATLAB that contains tasks, commands, or program components that make it easy for users to run a program in MATLAB. From the results of the calculation of the SAIFI and SAIDI values, each feeder at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Manahan has fulfilled SPLN 68-2: 1986 standards, namely with SAIFI 3.2 times / customer / year and SAIDI 21.09 hours / customer / year. But based on IEEE std 1366 - 2003 standard, with SAIFI 1.45 times / customer / year, only the value of SAIFI on GDO.2 feeders (1,116 times / customer / year) is categorized as less reliable. And in the calculation of the value of CAIDI on each feeder GDO.5, JJR.8, JJR.11 and PLR.1 can be categorized as less reliable because the value exceeds the standard limit in accordance with the IEEE std 1366 - 2003 reliability index value of 1.47 hours / disturbance.} }
