At last, a new discovery found, called renewable energy was created to reduce fossil fuels needs. One of them is solar power plant. Type of solar plant to design is rooftop model. Solar power plant supply about 15,165 kWh per day. And the losses for 1 panel is 282,527 Wp. Using helioscope application, it can find out how many solar panels and inverters is required. Which with the help of helioscope, about 11 panels and 1 inverter to installed for this resident. The performance ratio in this project is 95,9% which is, it can be concluded that this project is worth it. The cost for maintenance and operation is just Rp 501.397 per year. The investment cost it must be spent is Rp. 50.139.707 and the money will return within range of 9 years and 1 month.} }
