		abstract={Cooling machines can be used to cool food ingredients such as fish. Given the importance of cooling machines, knowledge of the assembly of cooling machines is needed.
Especially the assembly of cooling machines in cold storage that use compressor engines, evaporators, condensers, and expansion valves. The cooling machine uses a vapor
compression cycle. Data collection techniques used in this study were obtained by directing, observing, interviewing, and studying literature, which was processed through
the calculation of total heat load, validating the results of calculating the total heat load with catalogs, and determining and assembling cooling machines in cold storage. In this study, an evaluation of the calculated heat load was then used as the basis for calculating
the cold storage assembly for fish with a load of 25 tons.}
