		abstract={So far the deployment of electricity source in indonesia is not equally yet. There are many regions still with advance, outermost and left behind criteria which is not electrified yet and the location is far from the central of goverment. As well as in Donggala which is currently supplied from PLTD Silae with 45 MW power produced, but it can only produce 29 MW and only can supply one of the district in Donggala during 12 hours per day. Building a PLTM in Pebatua river is good solution because the water energy potential is so overflow. Based on aspect of power potential which is produced by PLTM Pebatua 1 is 9000 kW, with 63.072.000 kWh supplied per year. With drop voltage calculation from the sender (Pebatua 1) to the transaction side in Pasang Kayu 20 KV distribution system is 3,47% or 0,644 KV and the losses is 2,77% or 158 kW so PLTM Pebatua 1 operationally feasible. In financial calculation it produce the NPV=Rp 962.365.190.400, BCR = 1,342, IRR = 17,52%, and the value of PBP is 5 years 8 months. Based on the operationally and financial calculation, PLTM Pebatua 1 (2 x 4.5) declared feasible.}
