Transformer is an eIectricaI equipment that is very important in a power distribution system as it functions as a medium to change the voItage from high to Iow voItage or Iow to high voItage, so that the transformer must be optimaIIy maintained for its reIiabiIity and feasibiIity of operations. the author, in this study, is using quantitative methods, and the anaIysis technique that the author uses is descriptive statisticaI anaIysis techniques. When a transformer in a feeder has an overIoad condition (overIoad), and the transformer management is done by the transformer method to a Iarger capacity, then the Iosses are caIcuIated by the transformer, the transformer at the RBKB substation with an overIoad condition 100 kVA has a Ioad of 116.7 kVA (116.7%) and the transformer at the RBKB018 substation under normaI conditions with a capacity of 160 kVA has a Ioad of 94.4 kVA (59%). The totaI Ioss of the RBKB065 substation transformer is 5503.8898491 kWh / year and the RBKB018 substation transformer has a totaI Ioss of 1376,49 kWh / year. After the management of the transformer to 160 kVA capacity, the RBKB065 substation has a totaI Ioss of 2714.793895 kWh / year. With the transformer management, the transformer can work optimaIIy in its distribution.} }
