In this research, the frequency and voltage stability of the Cirata 20 kV network will be analyzed in accordance with the limits of normal voltage and frequency values according to SPLN 1: 1995 and ESDM Regulation No. 3 of 2007 concerning the Rules for the Java Madura Bali Electric Power System Network. This research simulation using ETAP 12.6 software. Based on the research, it was found that after Solar Power Plant 1 MWp Cirata was integrated into the Cirata 20 kV network, the voltage and frequency conditions of the 20 kV Cirata network were in a stable condition referring to SPLN 1: 1995 and Permen ESDM Number 3 of 2007 concerning Power System Network Rules.
