A value that must exist in the performance of a solar power plant, such as Performance Ratio (PR), so that it is necessary to analyze the performance of the solar power plant and the constraints that occur in the solar power plant. To find out the optimum energy potential of PLTS IT-PLN related to performance parameters, a simulation is done using PVSyst software with two different PLTS IT-PLN configurations, namely the old configuration and the new configuration with the same capacity. PVSyst simulations without regard to shading factors whose results from the simulation are compared with the results of real energy production. Difference in energy production in January - June 2020 (old configuration) with PVSyst simulation results of 59%, 58%, 70%, 75%, 76%, and 78%. Real Performance Ratio (PR) of PLTS IT-PLN in January - June (old configuration) respectively 34.75%, 35.5%, 24.48%, 24.44%, 22.63%, and 19 .5%, on average lower than the PVSyst results. The difference in energy production results in July (new configuration) with the PVSyst simulation results there is a difference of 49%. The real Performance Ratio (PR) of PLTS IT-PLN in July was 41.6% lower than the PVSyst simulation results of 78.8%. Difference in energy production in January - June 2020 (old configuration) with July 2020 (new configuration) 7%, 4%, which in January and February is higher compared to July, for March - June is lower than July with difference of 18%, 20%, 28% and 32%.
