Every year the need for electrical energy increases. This study aims to predict the need for electrical energy for the next 5 years. This study was conducted to predict the need for electrical energy until 2025 a linear regression method. The linear regression method was a farecasting method based on the predicted result of the relationship between free variable-variables tovariables bound by utilizing past electrical energy data. The result of this study are for the next 5 years the increases in electricity customers by 344.368 people with an average annual increases of 2,92 %, an increases in electricity consumption of 1.222,3 GWh with and average annual increases of 4,08 %, an increases in electricity sales revenue of 32.503.784 million rupiahs with an average annual increases of 3,3 %. The error percentage in this forecast is about 21,36 % against RUPTL data from PT.PLN (persero). The percentage of simultanneous X1 and X2 influence on Y was about 99 %.
