UP3 Cengkareng is using the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system for monitoring, recording the stand meter, and reporting the data into the software data management. An electrical meter with an AMR system can be used as a data abnormality detector for electrical problems. AMR system will detect the consumers' electrical usage data, starting from the data before the wiring error occurred and after the wiring error occurred accurately. So both consumers and PLN will know how many kWh meter values that aren't billed. In this research, From the AMR downloaded data, kWh imported data should be with no value, but it has some value and billed due to wiring error from Phase 3 of kWh importation. From this research, we discovered that there was a phase reversal and it could be seen from the phasor diagram where the S phase angle was from 168,30 to 14,40. On the other hand, the stand meter became minus. So that after the calculation, the next bill is 41538,8 kWh or as equal as Rp. 60.949.050,-} }
