Human needs that come from agriculture are very complex, including basic needs in terms of food, industrial raw materials, energy sources and environmental management. The agricultural sector is very important for people's lives, so the agricultural sector must receive special attention. However, agricultural productivity is still far from expectations. One of the factors causing the lack of agricultural productivity is the low human resources in processing agricultural land and its products. The majority of farmers in Indonesia use manual systems in cultivating agricultural land. In this design, what will be measured and displayed on monitoring functions are temperature and humidity, soil humidity, wind speed, and the control function using a relay as an actuator. This tool uses the LoRa (Long Range) Internet Of Things (IoT) device to be placed in a large agricultural area and as the main controller is the Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller. The data obtained from the sensor is sent using the LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) platform, namely The Things Network (TTN) and displayed on the Cayenne MyDevice website which can be viewed on a PC or Smartphone with the Cayenne Application. This tool is equipped with a 18650 li-ion battery with a capacity of 5000mAh with a solar panel power source. Even the control system can work automatically by setting the trigger from the data used on the Cayenne. The data stored on the Cayenne can be downloaded and opened in txt or microsoft excel format for agricultural analysis. The test results in this study are the tool capable of sending and receiving data with the farthest distance at a height of 44 meters with that is 1548 meters with an RSSI value of -119 dBm and the farthest distance at a height of 2 meters above the ground with NLOS conditions is 328 meters with a RSSI value of -119 dBm. Then the tool can also measure temperature and humidity, soil humidity, wind speed, and the control function is running well. This tool can be active for 45 hours 26 minutes with the battery fully charged until it runs out with the use of the control function and can be active for 13 hours 43 minutes when 3 relays turn on from full battery to exhaustion} }
