		abstract={In the Arandra Apartment development project there are indications of possible dangers of accidents that occur in steel erection work. To identify the cause of the accident, it is necessary to analyze the procedure of hazard identification and risk assessment as well as follow-up procedures of the hazard. HIRADC, but it cannot be ascertained whether Determining Control has been carried out consistently in this project. In this thesis to analyze the application of risk control based occupational health and safety management systems in the Arandra Residence apartment project, Cempaka Putih Central Jakarta using the HIRADC method (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control) on steel erection work. Thus the results obtained in this thesis 82% of respondents answered that the implementation of the SMK3 in the Arandra Residence project had been carried out properly, and the identification procedure was mostly caused by the negligence of workers with 89% of respondents' answers and understanding of follow-up on steel erection work known by 90% of respondents involved}
