Condenser performance is affected by good heat transfer, so that the vacuum pressure on the condenser can be kept high. PLTU Unit 3 UP Gresik was overhauled in November 2018 so that data was obtained before the October 2018 overhaul and after the December 2018 overhaul with performance test data taken in three times then averaged. The data taken is at a load of 100 MW. To determine the total heat transfer rate, the Logarithmic Mean Temperature Differential and Number of Transfer Unit methods are used. The smallest LMTD before and after the overhaul were respectively 7.18 oC and 6.33 oC and the largest NTU values before and after the overhaul were obtained 0.5 and 1.16, respectively. The difference in the increase in the value of the effectiveness calculation from before and after the overhaul, namely 36.67%, increased to 65.15%. It is expected that the results of the condition after overhaul must be better than before the overhaul.} }
