		abstract={Central Java, specifically Semarang and Solo, are the regions that are experiencing very rapid growth in the sectors of economy, tourism, agriculture, and also trading. The very high growth in those sectors is followed by the high intensity of activity, movement of people and goods. Therefore, this condition can create problem in the sector of transportation. The government, in order to facilitate the transportation and stimulate the growth of economy in Semarang and Solo, constructs Semarang ? Solo toll road project segment Salatiga - Kartasura. With the construction of the toll road, an analysis of financial feasibility is needed to find out whether the project is feasible to be conducted or not and it is necessary to calculate the return of capital (investment). In this analysis to analyzed the financial feasibility of the toll road?s construction of Salatiga ? Kartasura segment using the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) method, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) and Payback Period method is also used for calculating the return of capital. Hence, the results of this analysis show that Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) value is 1,7536 (BCR > 1), Net Present Value (NPV) value is Rp 2.856.718.567.464 (NPV(+)) and Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) value is 9,7% > 4,44% (BI Rate) . Payback Period value occurs in the 14th year, precisely after 13 years 7 months of working which is in 2032.}
