The maximum rotation of the element and the motor continue to provide the load of the rotation, so that the gear occurs deformation fracture fatigue, with proven from visual observation, chemical composition test which is still in accordance with ASTM A291 standard, hardness test of 264 HB and 282 HB above ASTM A291 standard 223-263 HB, the metallographic test showed uniform martensitic phase, and SEM-EDX looked at the morphology of the microstructure on the shaft surface, ie at beach marks, rubbings, and final fractures.}
