Then the synthesis of FeSe0.5Te0.5 superconductor has been carried out through mechanical integration and solid reaction processes. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of temperature on the formation of phases and resistivity of FeSe0,5Te0.5 superconductivity, so that it can be used as a candidate for iron-based superconductors. Temperature variations used are 600oC, 700oC and 800oC. The raw material used contains purity of Fe (99.0%) and Se (99.0%). The method used is the powder metallurgy method with mechanical integration using Mortar Agate for 3 hours, then the compacting process is carried out with a hydraulic press and then the sintering process uses furnace with a holding time of 12 hours and the final synthesis process is packing process in SS 316 tube Characterization performed was X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) test, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM-EDS) test and Crytogenic test. In the synthesis of FeSe0,5Te0,5, the sintering temperature variation has been done to obtain the optimal sintering temperature. The optimal temperature obtained is 700oC with the amount of tetragonal phase (?-FeSe) reaching 65.10% with TConset 8.9 K.} }
