In this study, fly ash and banner waste were used . Fly ash is a waste product of combustion from coal which is commonly found in PLTU. A banner is commonly used for advertising media with a certain validity period. Used banners can cause environmental problems due to their inability to biodegrade in a short period of time. The concrete specimens are made measuring 15x30cm and designed according to SNI 7656-2012 standard, the proportion of the mixture are normal concrete, 20% of the total cement waste mixture of cement as the independent variable and variations of banner waste are 0%, 0.25%, and 0.5% with a size variation of 20mmX1mm, 40mmX1mm, 80mmX1mm. The test parameters are compressive strength, slump test, concrete absorption and split tensile strength. The absorption test and split tensile strength were conducted the 28th day, while for the concrete compressive strength test was carried out on 7th, 14th, 28th day and the test results were at the age of 28 days, the lowest compressive strength in normal concrete variations was 20.667 MPa with an absorption value of 4.774%, the highest compressive strength of concrete at the age of 28 days in variation 6 (20% fly ash + 0.5% banner size 80mmX1mm) with a compressive strength value of 21.515MPa and an absorption value of 4.215%. The highest split tensile strength was obtained at variation 6 of 4.268MPa and the lowest split tensile strength value in normal concrete was 2.311MPa.} }
