For example, in a rigid labour work that is prone to delays in the implementation of its work because it has long stages of employment. Rigid pavement work on the Cengkareng-Kunciran toll road project-Batu Ceper has 4 step of work including sub-grade, sub-base, lean concrete, and casting work. Each job has 4 factors of delay namely, human factor, tool factor and material, as well as natural factors. The Fault Tree Analysis method can be used to analyze a delay in a job. To process the data is used TopEvent FTA program that can process the data that has been obtained into a combination of basic events. From data that has been processed using the program TopEvent FTA was obtained that the work of lean concrete which has the most basic event combination, and the average tool and material factors that have the most delay factor in every stage of the work.} }
