Selection of foundation on the bridge's bottom structure based on soil characteristics. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of carrying capacity and decrease of pile foundation with analytical methods and finite element methods. Then compare the carrying capacity and decrease the foundation of the analytical method and the element method up to the field test, namely the PDA test. Analytical methods are carried out by calculating the carrying capacity and decreasing capacity based on data from the field, namely SPT, Sondir, Kalendering, and Laboratory Data. The finite element method uses a plaque program. The results of this study based on analytical data obtained the ultimate bearing capacity of the pole (Qu), for the SPT data is 1205.856 KN; for sondir data is 2119.7 KN; for laboratory data is 2110.42 KN; for calendering data is 1999.2 KN. The decrease with the analytical method is 2,244 mm. Based on finite element method, the carrying capacity of the pile is 1299,768 KN and a decrease of 18.35 mm.} }
