		abstract={One project that has been implemented by PUSENLIS is the Patuha PLTP project, PT GeoDipa Energi has planned to develop the Patuha PLTP Unit 2 with a capacity of 55 MW. The project uses the GeneraI Conditions FIDIC SiIver book, but not all of
them, but there are some combined with other references. In this study the authors conducted a comparative analysis of the general terms of the Patuha 2X55MW PLTP contract with the General Conditions Fidic Silver Book. In this research, the writer got a reference through Literature Study, studying contract documents, and conducted interviews with construction management experts at PT PLN (Persero) Electricity. The contract documents used are contract documents on the Patuha 2X55MW PLTP project and are compared with the
General Requirements of the FIDIC Contract of the EPC / Turnkey Project (silver book). Each of the general terms of the contract is then analyzed for comparison and a percentage of the general terms of the contract in the Patuha PLTP project
consists of 20 articles 160 paragraphs. In a systematic comparison of the preparation and use of the general requirements of the Patuha PLTP project contract using the general requirements of the FIDIC SiIver book as much as 78%,
while the remaining 22% is a separate Reference from the PLTP contract because it follows the situation and conditions in the Patuha PLTP Project.}
