Plastics waste is difficult to degradated, made us try to reuse those waste. Just like ceramics waste that are difficult to reuse. The effort to reduce those wastes is to make a beneficial product. One of the alternatives that can be used is to make plastics and ceramics waste become the main and mixing material in making paving block, which become the goal of this study. In this study, the development of paving block are created by mixing PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastics waste as an adhesive and ceramics waste as coarse aggregate subtitute and also ± ml oil to simplify the plastic melting. The production are made with 2 : 2 : 1,25 ratio between PET : fine aggregate : coarse aggregate. With ceramics waste substitution against coarse aggregate 25%. 50% and 75%. Compressive strenght test are done in day 7th, 14 th and 28 th, and for water absorption test aredone in day 28. The compressive strenght test result in day 28th for each variations are P0 (0% ceramics waste), P1 (25% ceramics waste), P2 (50% ceramics waste) and P3 (75% ceramics waste) in a row is 17,41 Mpa, ,17,91 MPa, 18,91 MPa and 17,83 MPa. The water absorbtion test result in each variation are 5,86%, 5,66%, 5,54% and 5,63%. The most optimum result are shown in P2 variation that obtain 18,91 Mpa compressive strenght with average water absorbtion of 5,54% which according to SNI 03-0691-1996 included in the quality B category that can be used for parking equipment.} }
