This is because porous asphalt has a larger air cavity so that it can flow water horizontally or vertically to the drainage network. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the porous asphalt mixture against glass powder waste filler substitution. The manufacture of test objects for determining the optimum asphalt content (KAO) based on the Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) method with several parameters, namely; the values of Cantabro Loss (CL), Asphalt Flow Down (AFD) and Voids In Mix (VIM) with asphalt levels of 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5% and 6% before being substituted for glass powder waste. Furthermore, testing and calculation of Marshall, CL and AFD parameters are carried out to obtain KAO. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the KAO value was 5.22% then a test object was made at the KAO value with the addition of glass waste with variations of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. From the test after the addition of glass waste, it was found that the stability value was greater at the level of 10% glass powder and a decrease in the value of Flow after reaching its optimum level (20%). The addition of waste glass powder can reduce the air cavity (VIM), which indicates the mixture produces a strong binding power and at 30% glass powder content results in a large weight loss rate of air, i.e. 7.55% sibandesual, only 755% sibandesuala, only 75% asphalt with increasing powder. glass to the aggregate separation value (Asphalt Flow Down). So after analyzing the optimum proportion of the addition of glass powder waste to porous asphalt pavement by 20%.} }
