		abstract={Conventional slab and metal deck slab are uses on Indonesia 1 project. Conventional slab is a slab made by conventional method with installation and also dismantling the formwork. While, metal deck is a steel plate that function as a floor work and also permanent formwork. Conventional slab are applied on
basement and also on the floor that will connect to the towers. Whereas for other floors are apply the metal deck slab, while metal deck slab as one of the alternative method that can speed up the Indonesia 1 construction project. It can be done by analysis of casting conventional slab and metal deck slab for finding out more about these slab which includes formwork, scaffolding , reinforcment and concrete. From this analysis can be concluded that concrete casting metal deck slab are more productive and efficient than conventional slab. The productivity concrete casting of conventional slab is 0.26 m3 / person / hour while the productivity concrete casting of metal deck slab is 0,6 m3 / person / hour. The cost of concrete casting metal deck slab more expensive than conventional slab.}
