In this study used fly ash waste as cement subtitution, pecan shell waste as gravel subtitution and fiber added material sabut pinang to know the value of strong press and tensile split strength on concrete. Variations of concrete mixture are 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% pecan shell of gravel weight, variable fixed 25 fly ash of cement weight and 1% fiber sabut of concrete weight. Based on the results of the test strong concrete press at the age of 28 days, obtained consecutive press strength of 20,183 MPa, 22,824 MPa, 21,221 MPa, 20,749 MPa, and 19,712 MPa with consecutive tensile strong values of 2,382 MPa, 2,546 MPa, 2,500 MPa, 2,475 MPa, and 2,428 MPa. The optimum press strength is found in variation 1 with a press force value of 22,824 MPa and a tensile strength of 2,546 MPa.} }
