		abstract={In a road construction project it is necessary to have a good pavement planning that meets predetermined specifications. In this case, it is intended to avoid various damage to the pavement that is made not last according to the planned age. Therefore, a research was conducted on the planning of making Hot Rolled Sheet Asphalt with the method used, namely the Marshall method with refers to the rule of Bina Marga 2016 rev.1. The research objective is to add insight into the effect of adding glass powder waste to the fine aggregate of hot rolled sheet asphalt. The results showed that all levels of addition used passed the specifications for all parameters except for the VIM value with levels of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and VMA parameters of 0%, and 10%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the optimum level of addition of recommended glass powder is 20%}
