Krakatau Steel Indonesia. In this research, the two wastes were used as a substitute for the concrete mixture. PET plastic waste works as a sand substitution material as much as 5% by weight of sand and GGBFS works as a cement substitution material for 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% of the weight of cement. From this research, the treatment time for concrete was carried out for 7 days, 14 days and 28 days of immersion with the sample used was cylindrical. The test carried out was testing the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete. From the research results, the optimum compressive strength and split tensile strength were obtained by the concrete mixture with the addition of 5% PET plastic waste + 20% GGBFS. The optimum compressive strength is 21.892 MPa and the optimum split tensile strength is 2.937 MPa. This result of compressive strength fulfills the planned compressive strength (fc ') of 21 MPa} }
