The recycling effort carried out is the reuse of RAP into a mixture of asphalt concrete. However, the use of mixtures that use RAP will experience a decrease in the physical properties of hardness, therefore with the effort to protect the environment,coal ash waste is chosen Bottom Ash as a counterweight to the decrease in physical properties that occurs. The aggregate contained in the RAP is reused to substitute a portion of the total amount of coarse aggregate used. All materials used in the study refer to the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2018. The research was conducted to determine the effect of RAP and Bottom Ash on the AC-WC mixture. The variations used were 0%, 35%, 45% & 55% RAP and 7% Bottom Ash. The stability results in each variation were 1247.37kg, 1242.29kg, 1235.82kg, and 1230.05kg with the obtained durability values of 92%, 92%, 90% & 90%. RAP 35%, 45% and 55% meet general specifications, but has a VIM value that does not meet specifications. Therefore, RAP and bottom ash cannot be used as a mixture of AC-WC.} }
