Data retrieval is done by observation method at PT PLN (PERSERO), Generation Sector, Teluk Sirih. To know the value of heat rate in the cycle of steam turbine by using method of calculation based on steam mass equilibrium ?steam? and energy ?enthalpy? which is incoming and outgoing of the turbine with the generation output power (output generation). Increased main stream flow on the actual testing caused of the temperature ?main stream? is lower than commissioning, so that enthalpy of main stream produced also lower, so required mass is greater to gain power 50% and 75% of 112 MW. Increased main stream flow at actual operation causes an increase in the value of heat rate turbine compared when the commissioning has 50% load, heat rate commissioning turbine is 2.260,1 kcal/kwh and at the actual operation is 2392,24 kcal/kwh and at heat rate commissioning turbine 75% load, the value of turbine heat rate is 2.157,2 kcal/kwh and at the actual operation is 2.286,89 kcal/kwh.} }
