		abstract={Distribution of electrical energy to consumers is required to have high reliability.The distribution system level requires the distribution sytem and equipment for distribution or distribution of electricity to have operational readiness and good quality of distribution equipment, in order to avoid unexpected disturbances that can lead to unexpected blackouts. To avoid distruption of unexpected equipment and distribution systems,maintenance is necessary.periodic predictive distribution network or corrective maintenance if there is demage.In this final project the authors discuss the maintenance of distribution transformers at substations STN092,STN211 and STN057 at PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Sentani Rambutan feeders.Maintenance of distributions transformers is carried out periodically with the aim that the maintained distribution transformers does not occur disturbances that result in blackouts during the maintenance periodic.Maintenance of distribution transformer is carried out by checking the condition of the transformer including oil conditions.cleanliness of the insulator bushings, tightness of conditions,measurement of transformer insulation resistance, earthing resistance arrester, system neutral point earhting resistance and open conductive part earthing resistance, with this periodic preventive maintenance, it is hoped it can eliminate unexpected interruptions between maintenance time so that it can support the reliability of the distributions or distribution of electricity.}
