The cable when in use will experience different operating temperatures. Besides that, it is also due to environmental factors that can cause deformation of the cable so that it is likely to affect the dielectric condition of the cable. To detect and ensure the reliability of the cable system so that interference does not occur suddenly without detection, a cable condition diagnostic system is needed that can access the cable conditions in the field. Tan Delta (TD) is a parameter that can be measured when diagnosing cable insulation conditions on its path in the field. Based on these measurements, the condition of the cable can be determined whether it is in good condition, needs regular maintenance, or is bad. In the test results in the Sedap feeder the average value of Tan Delta when the working voltage in the R phase is 1,0, the S phase is 2,5 and the T phase is 1,0. For the value of the Tan Delta change in phase R is 0, phase S is 14 and phase T is 0. As for the deviation value of Tan Delta when the working voltage in phase R is 0, phase S is 0,1 and phase T is 0. Meanwhile In the Sahara feeder the average value of Tan Delta when the working voltage in the R phase is 47,8, the S phase is 409,5 and the T phase is 81,57. For the Tan Delta change value in the R phase is 20,8, the S phase is 219,3 and the T phase is 9,1. Meanwhile, the Tan Delta deviation value when the working voltage in the R phase is 3,33, the S phase is 21,40 and the T phase is 1,49. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that according to the IEEE 400.2 standard that the Sedap feeders are at a further maintenance stage and the Sahara feeders need action, namely cable replacement} }
