		abstract={Almost human activities require electricity so electricity is a very important thing in life. However, the problem of distributing electrical energy to customers is often found due to the difference between the energy channeled and the energy sold. This difference is caused by the energy shrinkage or losses. Energy loss is caused by two factors, namely technical shrinkage and non-technical shrinkage. To overcome the non-technical shrinkage of PT. PLN (Persero) in particular the Sukabumi City ULP, preventive measures are taken in the form of counseling to the public about the use of electrical energy and also routinely regulating Electricity Usage (P2TL). This aims to reduce the occurrence of non-technical losses in the use of electric power. Based on the Final Project results obtained, the acquisition of kWh in January, February and March respectively amounted to 41861 kWh, 51502 kWh and 22,032 kWh. In January, the acquisition of kWh P2TL helped reduce losses by 0.2%, in February by 0.17% and in March by 0.1%. The kWh income from January to February increased, but in March there was a decrease. This happened because in March it was constrained by the Covid-19 outbreak. The acquisition of P2TL kWh meter helps reduce overall losses due to low cost and good results so that the targeted PLN performance is achieved.}
