But this can be minimized with a reliable protection system. The protection system aims to detect the occurrence of a disturbance and as soon as possible isolate the part of the disturbed system so as not to affect the whole system. The research calculated short circuit current to find out the effect of network length on the short circuit current and to decide the relay setting to know the condition of coordination between distribution substasion, outgoing reeder protection and incoming feeder based on relay working time on the interference current occurred at Substation feeder. Silet feeder is one of the feeders located at the Bogor Baru Substation. The Silet feeder is supplied by a power transformer called transformer 3 with a capacity of 60 MVA. Transformer 3 has a feeder, one of which is a Silet feeder. Silet feeders have a channel length of 13.39 km.The calculation results of OCR setting value obtained the primary current value in the distribution substation is 211 A, the TMS is 0,14, and the time is 0,3 seconds. In the outgoing side the primary current value is 246 A, the TMS is 0,33, and the time is 0,55 seconds. In the incoming side the primary current value is 1732 A, the TMS is 0,2845, and the time is 0,94 seconds. The calculation results of GFR setting value obtained the primary current value in the outgoing side is 66,1 A, the TMS is 0,1, and the time is 0,26 seconds. In the incoming side the primary current value is 95,90 A, the TMS is 0,222, and the time is 0,66 seconds} }
