Hereby, PLN, as the loser, carries a fine or sanction for the payment of the Subscription bill to be paid by the customer who commits a
violation after making the Subscription Bill, then the PLN shall take action by replacing the MCB in accordance with the contact or the customer requests to add power to the PLN}
