With this method, it is expected that the results of electrical energy measurements used by consumers are measured precisely and accurately and can also decrease the number of shrinks / losses, because the shrinking / losses are very influential to pln performance. Currently PT. PLN (Persero) implements electrical energy measurement method using AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) system. By using this system, it can make it easier to perform kWh meter readings on customers, in addition AMR can also identify some anomaly that can cause shrinking. The results explained that there was a disturbance caused by kWh meter off / blank resulting in losses on the part of PLN that impacted the appearance of follow-up bills on B2 customerswith a power of 16500 VA amounting to Rp 5.547.454,76} }
