For this reason, PLN made a minimal method of extinguishing using the Cubicle Cuticle Tool, thus minimizing outages when replacing 20kV cubicles, and also reducing unsold energy to customers. Tests conducted at PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Cempaka Putih at PS161P substation, PS29 substation, TP15A substation and RM33 substation. The results showed a comparison of cubicle replacement using the method of minimal outages with minimal outages. The results showed that the replacement of cubicles using minimal outages saves more time compared to without minimal outages. Cubicle replacements using minimal outages are found in TP15A substations with duration of 12 minutes off and RM33 substations with duration of 9 minutes, while replacing cubicles without minimal extinguishing are on PS161P substations with duration of 3 hours 15 minutes and PS29 substation with 3 hours duration 15 minutes. And unsold energy when replacing cubicles using minimal outages method is unsold energy TP15A substation at 804.08kWh, RM33 substation unsold energy at 179.25 kWh, while substation without using minimal outages is PS161P substation. unsold of 854,854 kWh and unsold energy.} }
