The length of time the power outage will have a direct impact on the continuity of electricity distribution which causes losses for PLN. Planned disruptions such as when replacing cubicles can cause long outages to increase, the use of minimal outages using Jumper methods can reduce outages and losses so that the distribution of electrical energy becomes more optimal. The percentage of outages that can be saved from the use of the minimal outages method ranges from 73.68% to 88.23% and the saved sales kWh ranges from 74% to 87.6%. For sale kWh that was saved at JW 17 substation at 424.3302 kWh, JR 62 P substation at 294.78 kWh, JR 79 P substation at 101.5835 kWh, JS 160 substation at 47.43 kWh, and JR 217 substation at 106 , 93 kWh, and rupiah saved from the use of the minimal outages method amounting to Rp 1,898,501.85 and the value of SAIDI becomes much smaller.} }
