Accuracy of electrical energy measurement is a reference as one of the success of the electricity company and become customer satisfaction to the suitability of the use with the payment of electrical energy used. At PLN ULP Tasikmalaya City is still installed KWh meter Actaris type year-made 2009 that is often reported there are anomalies on electrical energy measurements that cause inconformity measurement of electrical energy in the customer. Therefore, there is a check on the error value kWh meter type Actaris and the replacement of kWh meters if the error value exceeds the error limit of ± 2% and calculate the addition of the electricity usage of the customer that is caused by the error kWh meter. This final project writing system with a study of literary studies, data retrieval, data processing, data analysis, and final project manufacturing. Results obtained KWh meter error value of-32.1%,-22.8%,-12.7%, 23.9%, 26.4%, 32.5%, 33.0%, and 45.0% and get the error value after making the turnover of kWh meter-0.657%,-0.451%,- 0.252%, 0.107%, 0.283%, 0.322%, 0.322%, and 0.429%, which gets the result of normal return error value not exceeding ±0,5%. After the replacement of KWh meter, get the result of adding a bill to customers whose error value exceeds the limit of Rp 4,078,135.26.} }
