Nontechnique in the form of losses that occurs due to electricity consumption is not recorded one caused due to error measurements on kWh meters. At PLN ULP Karawang Kota, there are 102 pieces kWh meters of HXE 34 type that reported are anomalies on the side of the voltage measurement that caused the lack of the measurement of electric power retention measurements on the customer. Therefore, the research was done by counting errors from kWh meter HXE 34 then the value above ± 1% was submitted for the replacement of kWh meters. This type of final project writing is a quantitative method with the research phase consist of literature study, data retrieval, data processing, data analysis, and final project manufacture. After the replacement of kWh meters calculated, non-technical values are then carried out a comparison of non-technical values of the month before the replacement and after the replacement. The error value of kWh meter are -34,2%, -38%, -39.60%, -41%, -49,43, -41%, and 17,20% ontechnical error value that is obtained at PT. PLN (Persero) Karawang Kota is 0.42%. After the replacement of kWh meters HXE 34 that there is an error value above ± 5% and there is a decrease in the non-technical losses value of March by 6.47% to 0.42% in April after the replacement.} }
