With the installation of a GFD (Ground Fault Detector) on a feeder, the disturbance can be detected immediately so that it can reduce the downtime that occurs. In this paper, it is stated how important GFD is in an error, it can happen, GFD can experience interference so that it is faster to know the location of the problem. With the help of the GFD tool, PPE officers can easily perform network maneuvers that occur in disruption. From the results obtained, it shows that before using the GFD, the duration of disturbance depreciation in 2016 was 1038 minutes at 3 feeders while in 2017 the GFD was installed, namely 346 minutes at the same 3 feeders and PLN could also reduce unsold kWh so that PLN can save IDR 31,335,926 after the GFD is installed} }
