A protection system that is fast and responsive to disturbances is needed. Reliable equipment is needed so that the distribution of electricity is still carried out. At PLN ULP Majalengka, especially in Cipinang feeders, it uses fuse cut out (FCO) as protection to secure the electricity distribution network. FCO is a circuit breaker that is loaded on a distribution network that works by fusing part of its components, which is fuse link when a current flows exceeds the maximum limit due to a short circuit or overload. The FCO at Cipinang feeders requires coordination with other protection to minimize areas of blackout due to disturbances. In addition, the right fuse link value based on the needs of the medium voltage air line network at Cipinang feeders affects the reliability. Based on the observation of the fault current in the Cipinang Feeder, at 3% of the length of the feeder there is a short circuit fault with a fault current of 775.138 A and can be minimized by making FCO CJT works by selecting the right fuse link which is 40 A so that it can coordinate with the Recloser MNJ. At a disturbance current of 305.7237 A, the coordination between FCO SPNB and FCO DPYA at the 40% of the feeder length can coordinate well if using fuse link 5 A on FCO SPNB and fuse link 30 A on FCO DPYA} }
